As an IT Service Desk Engineer you’ll be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to our clients. You’ll join a vibrant and active team in a fun working environment and as such, you will need great personable skills, an articulate approach and the ability to fit in.

Your duties will include:

Technical incident management and 1st and 2nd line IT support

Remote monitoring of business-critical products and service levels, PC and server configuration

PC and server configuration

Proactive server monitoring and reporting

System checks and back up monitoring and reporting

When required, providing onsite support

To be considered for this position you must have:

Experience in similar service desk/IT support role

An MCP, MCSE, MCSA or CCNA certification 1-2 years recent experience in a similar role

As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you should also have excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills coupled with the ability to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach.

You ideally have:

Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Group Policies and Active Directory are advantageous Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience VOIP, specifically Cisco Call Manager and/or Cisco Call manager Express Experience of diagnosing Mac hardware and software issues, or have a good understanding of Mac hardware
