We are embarking upon a wide range of exciting ventures including implementing ITIL standards and adopting SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age).  There is a large programme under way laying the foundation for business transformation. This includes the roll out of IP telephony including Unified Messaging, achieving ISO27001 accreditation, developing a Client Index, implementing MS Exchange 2007 and carrying out a data rationalisation project that includes implementing SharePoint 2007.
